Handmade in small batches and hand finished in Mary Lou’s Country Kitchen, this fruitcake is a generations-old family recipe containing only the finest and freshest ingredients.
Fruitcake contains 90% fruits and pecans with just enough egg batter to hold it all together. After slowing baking, it is gently aged in Port wine until moist. Fruitcake contains NO citron, raisins, citrus peel or heavy, overwhelming spices, like most fruitcakes.
Ingredients are: Plump Georgia pecan halves, candied cherries, candied pineapple
, dates, eggs, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, with Port wine added after baking.
The old-fashioned goodness of the finest ingredients makes each cake a moist and delicious delight.

wrapped and comes in cellophane bag with seasonal satin bow. Kept refrigerated, cake will stay moist and delicious for months. These cakes make wonderful gifts and are perfect for serving at holiday parties and functions.
Shipping will be $9.95 via USPS Priority Mail within the US for one cake. If you order an additional cake, $4.70 will be added on for shipping. **If you order three or more cakes shipped to same address, I will refund any amount overcharged on shipping to you immediately, as shipping will only be $14.65 total.**
