ANTIQUE VINTAGE PENN SCALE MFG. CO. 20 LB Hanging Scale Series 820. This scale is in used  condition with some rust around edges. The glass front is missing as well as the actual basket for weighing. It has been stored in a covered barn, which has allowed mud daubers to invade. This can be remedied by the buyer, not myself. It has a 20lb capacity, it does work. It has a history in an Arkansas grocery shop.
